Red Light Therapy
What is RLT?
Red and near-infrared light therapy (RLT) is a non-invasive treatment that supports whole-body wellness at the cellular level. Using advanced full-body technology, the Prism Light Pod helps enhance recovery, reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and relieve pain from conditions like arthritis and joint discomfort.
Beyond recovery, RLT supports healthier, more radiant skin by stimulating collagen production and improving tone and texture. It may also promote relaxation, better sleep, and overall balance by supporting natural hormone function. With full-body coverage in a single session, the Prism Light Pod offers a convenient and efficient way to support your health, recovery, and well-being.

The Prism Light Pod is an advanced full-body red and near-infrared light therapy system designed to support recovery, relaxation, skin health, and overall wellness. Featuring over 17,000 industrial-grade LEDs, the pod delivers consistent head-to-toe light exposure in one comfortable session. It emits clinically supported 630nm, 660nm, and 850nm wavelengths, allowing red and near-infrared light to reach different layers of the body. These wavelengths help stimulate cellular energy production, support circulation, promote the body’s natural repair processes, and enhance overall recovery. With its relaxing, enclosed design and automated wellness settings, the Prism Light Pod offers a simple, time-efficient way to elevate your wellness routine.
