Step into our medical-grade SaunaRay infrared sauna—crafted with 100% natural materials to support your body’s healing from the inside out.
What is Infrared Sauna Therapy?
Infrared sauna therapy uses invisible wavelengths of light to gently heat the body directly, rather than heating the air around you. This allows for a more comfortable and effective sweat at lower temperatures—typically between 50–55°C.
Unlike traditional saunas, infrared saunas penetrate up to 1.5 inches beneath the skin, stimulating detoxification, circulation, and tissue repair from the inside out.

Health Benefits Backed by Science
Regular infrared sauna use offers a variety of health benefits supported by clinical research:
-
Detoxification: Infrared heat helps eliminate heavy metals, BPA, and environmental toxins through sweat—often more effectively than exercise or traditional saunas.
-
Pain & Inflammation Relief: The deep-penetrating heat improves blood flow and relaxes tight muscles, making it ideal for arthritis, fibromyalgia, and post-workout recovery.
-
Cardiovascular Support: Studies show infrared saunas may lower blood pressure, improve heart rate variability, and promote better circulation.
-
Skin Health: The increase in circulation promotes cellular repair, reduces acne, and encourages a natural glow.
-
Mood & Mental Health: Sauna use helps release endorphins and lowers cortisol, contributing to reduced stress, better sleep, and improved mood.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What should I wear in the sauna? Most clients wear light, breathable clothing or a swimsuit. Towels are available upon request.
How long is each session? Our standard sessions are 30 or 60 minutes. We recommend starting with 30 minutes if you’re new to infrared therapy.
Can I use the sauna if I’m menstruating? Yes, you can use the sauna during your cycle, but you may find you’re more sensitive to heat. Listen to your body and hydrate well.
Is it okay to use the sauna every day? Daily use is generally safe for healthy individuals, but we recommend starting 2–4 times a week and adjusting based on how your body responds.
Can I share a session with someone? Yes! Our SaunaRay infrared sauna can comfortably fit up to 3 people. For each additional person, there is a $10 charge added to the initial session fee. It’s a great way to enjoy the experience with friends, family, or a partner.
How quickly will I see results? Many people notice immediate benefits such as relaxation, pain relief, and better sleep after just one session. Detox and skin improvements are usually noticed after several consistent visits.
What is the difference between a normal sauna and an infrared sauna Traditional saunas heat the air to high temperatures (up to 195°F), while infrared saunas use infrared light to warm the body directly at lower temperatures (typically 120°F–150°F), making it easier to tolerate while still promoting sweating and detoxification.
Is there a shower to use after? No unfortunately we do not have any showers for clients to use. However, we are planning to build showers in the future.
Do I need to bring anything with me? Just bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing. We offer a $5 towel service and filtered water. You’re welcome to bring a change of clothes for after your session.
Can I use my phone or bring a book inside? We recommend disconnecting during your session for maximum relaxation. Electronics can overheat, and paper can absorb sweat—better to enjoy the quiet time or meditate.
How is the sauna cleaned between clients? We thoroughly sanitize the sauna after every session using non-toxic, health-safe cleaning methods. The cedar wood also has natural antimicrobial properties.
Is it safe for people with metal implants or pacemakers? Yes, it is generally safe to use an infrared sauna with metal implants. However, we always recommend checking with your healthcare provider before use. If you have metal implants, we advise covering the area with a towel to minimize heat absorption and enhance comfort during the session.
Who should not use the infrared sauna? While infrared sauna therapy is safe for most people, there are a few cases where use is not recommended. You should avoid using the sauna if you: Are pregnant Have a pacemaker or other heat-sensitive implanted medical devices (unless approved by your doctor) Have uncontrolled high or low blood pressure Are currently experiencing a fever, infection, or open wounds Are under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs If you have any underlying medical conditions, we recommend speaking with your healthcare provider before booking a session.
